1. Cancellations

• Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bfbakers.uk or call +44 20 1234 5678 with your order details.

• Cancellation After 24 Hours:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection time are not eligible for a refund, as the preparation of your order may have already begun.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If the products are damaged during delivery, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing Items: In case of missing items, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery or collection.
  • Products that have been partially or fully consumed.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

3. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the items have been delivered or collected.

5. Changes to Orders
